religious services
Despite its name, Wesleyan was never a denominational seminary. The university employs Catholic, Jewish, Muslim, and Protestant chaplains. While each one of us participates in and leads worship and study in her/his own religious traditions on a weekly basis, the chaplains also work together to sponsor several educational, multi-faith, and social programs during the year.
There are four program houses with theme related to religion: The Bayit (Jewish), Buddhist House, Light House (Christian), and Turath House (Muslim).
The Office of Religious and Spiritual Life is located at 169 High Street. The office organizes weekly prayer and spiritual services, including Ecumenical Christian Service, Buddhist Meditation, Catholic Mass, Muslim Jumma Prayers, Shabbat Services, and Vespers. For more information on the official Wesleyan website, please click here.
